Do employers in Germany recognize a degree from a Spanish university?

I want to live in germany eventually, but don%26#039;t think my german will be good enough to study there, it would be easier to study in spain, and then move to germany. But will I have troubble getting a job(ignoring the unemployment rate) with a foriegn degree..even if its within the EU?
