Fraud by some banks and finance institutions?

Sir, some of the Banks and Finance co. are intentionally withholding the post dated cheques of customers even after foreclosure of account and one time settlement.Instead of returning back cheques they are presenting to customers banks without their notice. What is the legal remedy... please?

Banks sending goondas to collect their money due from credit card defaulters - What%26#039;s wrong in that. If there are many defaulters, how will the banks issuing credit card survive?? If you are genuine, pay the credit card company its due.
