I disputed the charges on my credit report and they took the balance to $0. Im a victim of identity theft. They drew $3500 out of my checking and had me $43,000 in credit card debt. Im finding you cant trust anyone online with your information. They are even going to change my social security number. Word of advice......get the report! I had 5 accounts that were up to date on payments that I never got bill one for.
