in my town the unemployment rate is getting higher, some of my friends cant find work, should they get the 1st job that opens up or should an illegal person from another country get it

If they are in line to get the jobs in the first place they would get them. You have to show initiative and show that you will work. Jobs just don%26#039;t come to you, you have to go looking for them. If a position needs to be filled fast enough the first one that comes asking about it usually gets it.

but a citizen would only do the same job for $40 an hour.

and the farmer could make a profit at $10, but would not be able to sell the berries at $40.

there are lots of jobs that i won%26#039;t do.

at least not for a reasonable amount of money.

why are they not asked from the point of view of the employer?

.|||They should get the job. Americans first,last and always. Illegals out!|||The American should get the job. If there is no American who wants or needs the job, it should be given to a legal immigrant. Illegal aliens should not be allowed to take any job.

BTW, my family owns 2 large profitable farms. We hire Americans only and never have trouble hiring. All it takes is a decent wage.|||Whoever has the sense to get off their butt and go get it.
