We must recognize reality and implement a tightly structured guest worker program to securely, and legally, fill jobs that no American is available or wants to do.

I%26#039;ve always been a supporter of the guest worker program because let%26#039;s face it...there are jobs that need to be filled and there aren%26#039;t enough Americans to do them thanks to a record low unemployment rate. Is McCain on the right track in your point of view?
