3.why is it statistically that there is more crime in a black neighborhood compared to a white neighborhood?

You know what Mary, these are very good questions. People outside of the black race have been brought up to ignore these facts and if we question them, then we are automatically labeled racist. %26quot;BBHEAD%26quot; and %26quot;BlueLadyBlue R%26quot; are prefect examples of this. Nasty!|||It%26#039;s not necessarily a white/black thing. Regardless of race in this country. it all comes down to level of education. The more education in a specific field, the more job opportunities that will present themselves. Many people are fortunate and can gain acceptance to one of the nations premier universities. Others are not so lucky and cannot even afford a community college. Those who choose to drop out of high school have no future except jobs that require hard labor. Poverty is a terrible cycle and very difficult to break away from.

Young people have many choices to succeed here.... many choices. Those who make the right choices and don%26#039;t play the blame game, can succeed and will.|||This type of person that wrote this is what is going to bring your country down. Trust me. People are saying that the US has regressed due to backwards racists. If you have one in your family do something to educate them. I have thousands of stereotypes about whites starting with the fact that they commit the most crimes, most of the men are pedophiles, most of white men are serial killers, most rapists are white males, but and I say but, white females are crushing that statistic---why just look at how many of their students they rape daily while teaching at schools. Whites are also known for lynching Black people.

They%26#039;ve only had 200 years or so in the %26#039;modern%26#039; world. What is that, 3 generations? If your great-great-grandad wore loincloths and talked in clicks, chances are your ACT scores would be lower too.

Most other cultures migrated to America by their own will and assimilated. They either brought a trade with them or had a transferrable skill. They carried on similar to the life they had in their motherland, and skills and trades that have been passed down for many generation.

African Americans were instead thrust in to the States in slave role, and once that was abolished, thrust out in to the %26#039;free world%26#039; or a completely foreign culture without any money, education or assistance.

A culture of uneducated millions is unethical and poses a problem not to just that culture, but everyone. The scholarship programs, affirmative action, etc are ways of trying to equalize the imbalance. Whether or not they work is debatable, but I believe I%26#039;ve answered factually.

I do have to say this question is a slippery slope and has a tone to it to stir negative feelings.
